Couler is a fashion design app for collections, looks, and fitting workflows. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information when you use the Couler app. If you create an account or continue using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Because Couler runs on Apple devices and is distributed through the App Store, Apple may collect information about your device, App Store account, and app performance or diagnostics as described in Apple’s Privacy Policy. That processing is governed by Apple, not this policy.

We use Supabase to provide authentication, database hosting, and cloud file storage for the App. Information you submit in Couler is stored and processed through Supabase’s infrastructure. Supabase acts as a service provider on our behalf. You can review how Supabase handles data at supabase.com/privacy.
We may use additional service providers in the future (for example, email or customer support tools). If we do, we will require them to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
If you use device sharing features (such as the iOS share sheet to export a tipkit PDF), you control what you share and with whom. We do not receive a copy of that share unless you separately send it to us.
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Couler, our users, or others.
If Couler is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy, where required by law.
Account and content data you upload to Couler are stored in cloud infrastructure operated by Supabase. Exported tipkit PDFs you generate may be stored locally on your device in the App’s application storage area.
Data may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. If you use the App from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections (such as HTTPS/TLS) for data transmitted between the App and our servers. Our service providers also maintain security measures for data they store on our behalf.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account information and App content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App.
You may delete your account from within the App (Profile → Delete account). When you do, we initiate deletion of your associated App data and uploaded files from our systems, subject to reasonable processing time and backup cycles. Some information may persist for a limited period in backups or logs before it is overwritten or deleted.
You may also contact us to request deletion or ask questions about retention. We may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing our agreements.

Couler may be used in schools, classrooms, or educational programs. If a student under 18 uses the App, the school, teacher, or parent/guardian should ensure appropriate consent and supervision. Schools or districts that use Couler are responsible for meeting their own legal obligations regarding student privacy, including providing any required notices to students and parents.
The App may open external websites or services (for example, when you follow a link to this Privacy Policy or use the system share sheet). This policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Primary third-party services that support Couler today include Supabase and Apple (iOS / App Store). Their practices are governed by their own policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, sending you an in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
